Stavros Caramondanis joined the Caramondani Group of Companies in autumn of 1992, following his graduation from Whitmore School of Business & Economics, University of New Hampshire, where he got his Bachelor of Science degree. Started as a storekeeper, and work his way up through the chain of command.
In 1996, became a Brand Manager and helped to organize and promote the newly added brand of swimming pools. His successful commercial skills have led to also take another challenge in 1999, and create yet again, a new division within the company for the promotion of Home Automation Systems.
In 2002 he became Group’s Commercial Manager and started working in the implementation of the Marina Ayia Napa project.
When Cyprus, entered into the Energy Sector, and new opportunities had emerged, he successfully created with a Maltese based logistics company, Medserve Cyprus, which became a leader in providing logistics and supporting services to oil companies like the Italian giant ENI.
In 2012 he successfully led the negotiations on behalf of M.M. Makronisos Marina Ltd and signed a 50-year concession agreement with the Cyprus Government for the implementation of Ayia Napa Marina.
In 2013, he became a director in the Famagusta Chamber of Commerce. He also holds many other Director’s positions within the Group’s different companies.
The same year, he managed to derive to an agreement with the Orascom Group, GEMINI REAL ESTATE, representing interests of the well-known international businessman, Mr. Naguib Sawiris for the development of Ayia Napa Marina.
Stavros, resides in Nicosia, married to Daniela, and has two children Sebastian and Milena.
